ماكروفا تطبيق لتتبّع التغذية والصحة اليومية. توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه ولماذا، وما حقوقك. للتواصل: support@macrova.fit.

ما الذي نجمعه

الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني.

البيانات الصحية التي تدخلها: الجنس، تاريخ الميلاد، الطول، الوزن، مستوى النشاط، حالة الحمل، أهدافك، وسجلاتك اليومية (الوجبات والماء والخطوات والوزن).

حالة الاشتراك من Apple عبر RevenueCat، وعدادات استخدام أساسية (مثل عدد التحليلات الذكية التي أجريتها اليوم).

الصور التي تختار إرفاقها مع طلب إضافة طعام أو طلب تعديل.

لماذا نجمعه

لحساب أهدافك من السعرات والعناصر والماء والخطوات، وعرض تقدمك، وتطبيق حدود الاستخدام العادل، وإدارة اشتراكك، ومراجعة الأطعمة التي تطلب إضافتها أو تعديلها. لا شيء غير ذلك.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا توجد إعلانات في التطبيق.

المعالجة بالذكاء الاصطناعي

عند تسجيل وجبة بالنص أو الصورة أو الصوت، يُرسل هذا المحتوى إلى مزوّدي ذكاء اصطناعي خارج السعودية (في الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي) لتحليله.

الصور والتسجيلات الصوتية التي تسجّل بها وجبة تُحلَّل ثم تُحذف ولا تُخزَّن. ونطلب موافقتك قبل أول استخدام للصورة أو الصوت.

وإذا اخترت إرفاق صور مع طلب إضافة طعام أو طلب تعديل، نحتفظ بها بشكل خاص لمراجعة الطعام، وتُحذف خلال 60 يومًا من انتهاء المراجعة. وإذا قبلنا صورة منتج معلّب، نحتفظ بها دليلًا على بيانات ذلك المنتج، وقد نعرض صورة واجهته صورةً للمنتج داخل التطبيق.

تقارير الأعطال وتحليلات الاستخدام

يرسل التطبيق تقارير أعطال (عبر Sentry) وأحداث استخدام (عبر PostHog)، مثل أن وجبة سُجّلت بالصورة. وتسجّل أحداث الاستخدام أيضًا حجم النص في جهازك بشكل تقريبي فقط (عادي، أو أكبر، أو من أحجام تسهيلات الاستخدام)، لنعرف الأحجام التي نصمّم لها. الخدمتان مستضافتان في الاتحاد الأوروبي.

لا تتضمن أحداث الاستخدام محتوى وجباتك أو وزنك أو أي قيمة صحية أخرى. أما تقارير الأعطال فقد تتضمن تفاصيل تقنية عن آخر طلبات التطبيق، مثل اسم طعام بحثت عنه، لنعرف سبب العطل. وكلاهما يرتبط بمعرّف حساب عشوائي فقط، لا باسمك ولا ببريدك، ولا يُستخدم لأغراض إعلانية، بل فقط لإصلاح الأعطال وتحسين التطبيق. وإن كنت تفضّل ألا نجمعها، راسلنا على support@macrova.fit.

أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

تُخزَّن بياناتك لدى مزوّد قاعدة البيانات (Supabase) في فرانكفورت بألمانيا (الاتحاد الأوروبي)، وتُشفَّر أثناء النقل.

المدفوعات

Apple تعالج جميع المدفوعات ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك إطلاقًا. تُدار حالة الاشتراك عبر RevenueCat بمعرّف حساب عشوائي، ولا تُشارك معهم أي بيانات صحية.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك نشطًا.

تجد في الإعدادات «حذف حسابي وبياناتي»، وهو يزيل حسابك وكل بياناتك الشخصية نهائيًا. تُحتفظ سجلات تكلفة الاستخدام مجهولة الهوية (غير مرتبطة بك) لأغراض محاسبية.

ويحذف حذفُ الحساب أيضًا الصور التي أرفقتها مع طلبات الأطعمة، إلا صورة منتج معلّب قبلناها، فتبقى مع ذلك المنتج دون ربطها بك.

الحذف فوري داخل التطبيق ويكتمل بالكامل خلال 30 يومًا.

حقوقك

بموجب نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) يمكنك الاطلاع على بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها. الحذف متاح داخل التطبيق، ولأي طلب آخر راسلنا على support@macrova.fit.

الأطفال

ماكروفا غير موجَّه للأطفال.

Who we are

Macrova is a nutrition and daily health tracking app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Contact: support@macrova.fit.

What we collect

Account: your email address.

Health details you enter: sex, birth date, height, weight, activity level, pregnancy status, your goals, and your daily logs (meals, water, steps, weight).

Subscription status from Apple via RevenueCat, and basic usage counters (for example, how many AI analyses you ran today).

Photos you choose to attach to a food request or a correction.

Why we collect it

To calculate your calorie, macro, water, and step goals; show your progress; apply fair-use limits; run your subscription; and review the foods you ask us to add or correct. Nothing else.

We do not sell your data, and the app has no ads.

AI processing

When you log a meal by text, photo, or voice, that content is sent to AI providers outside Saudi Arabia (in the US and EU) to be analyzed.

Photos and voice recordings you use to log a meal are analyzed and then discarded; they are not stored. We ask for your consent before the first photo or voice use.

If you choose to attach photos to a food request or a correction, we keep them privately to review the food and delete them within 60 days after the review. If we accept a photo of a packaged product, we keep it as evidence for that product's nutrition data, and we may show its front photo as the product's image in the app.

Crash reports & usage analytics

The app sends crash and error reports (via Sentry) and usage events (via PostHog) — for example, that a meal was logged by photo. Usage events also record your device's text size in broad steps only (standard, larger, or an accessibility size), so we know which sizes to design for. Both services are hosted in the EU.

Usage events never include your meal contents, weight, or any other health value. Crash and error reports can include technical details of the app's recent requests, such as a food name you searched for, so we can find the cause. Both are tied only to a random account identifier, never to your name or email, and are never used to advertise to you — only to fix problems and improve the app. If you would rather we did not collect them, email support@macrova.fit.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), and is encrypted in transit.

Payments

Apple processes all payments; we never see your card details. Subscription status is managed through RevenueCat using a random account identifier — no health data is shared with them.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active.

Settings includes "Delete my account & data" — it permanently removes your account and all personal data. Anonymized usage-cost records (not linked to you) are kept for accounting.

Deleting your account also deletes the photos you attached to food requests, except a photo of a packaged product we already accepted, which stays with that product and is no longer linked to you.

Deletion takes effect immediately in the app and is fully completed within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you can access, correct, or delete your data. Deletion is built into the app; for anything else, email support@macrova.fit.

Children

Macrova is not directed at children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and its date.
